Joseph O’Brien

Biography

A member of the 1^st Battalion in the Dublin Brigade of the Irish Volunteers, Joseph O’Brien fought in the Mendicity Institute during the Easter Rising. This post was surrendered on Wednesday, 26^th April after coming under intense fire from British forces.
